Welcome to iMenang. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "you", "your") and iMenang ("iMenang", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your use of the iMenang website accessible at https://imenang.cam and all associated services, games, promotional features, and payment functions offered therein.

By accessing the iMenang platform, creating a member account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the iMenang platform and close your member account. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these Terms shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain a member account on iMenang, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This age requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of any lower legal threshold that may exist under applicable local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, or close family member of an employee or director of iMenang or any of its affiliated entities.
• Your use of the iMenang platform does not violate any law, regulation, or ordinance applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from iMenang or had an account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not listed on any sanctions list, politically exposed persons list, or financial crime watchlist maintained by relevant authorities.

4.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual Member is permitted to hold only one active account on the iMenang platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. iMenang shall not be liable for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the Member.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. iMenang strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed to be conducted by you and shall be your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact iMenang support immediately.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

iMenang operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Members are required to complete KYC verification prior to processing their first withdrawal request. Verification documents must be current, government-issued, and clearly legible. iMenang reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including upon large deposit or withdrawal activity.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

iMenang accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, FPX, and direct bank transfer from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong. All transactions are denominated exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 for e-wallet deposits and RM30 for bank transfer deposits. These thresholds are subject to change at iMenang's discretion and may vary by payment method. Current minimum deposit requirements are displayed within the cashier section of your account.

5.3 Source of Funds

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds used are legitimately yours and do not originate from any unlawful activity. iMenang reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any deposit or series of deposits and to decline or reverse transactions where satisfactory documentation cannot be provided.

5.4 Deposit Limits

Members may set personal deposit limits through their account settings as part of iMenang's responsible gambling tools. Once a deposit limit is reduced, the reduction takes effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before taking effect.

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Withdrawal Methods & Processing Times

Withdrawals may be made via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where operationally feasible. Processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval; DuitNow and FPX transfers are typically completed within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes. These timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals shall only be processed upon satisfaction of the following conditions: (a) the Member's KYC verification is fully complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements have been met in full; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed the account balance net of any restricted bonus funds; and (d) the account is in good standing with no pending fraud investigation or policy violation review.

6.4 Withdrawal to Third Parties

Withdrawals may only be made to accounts or payment instruments registered in the Member's own name. iMenang will not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts, e-wallets, or payment methods. Attempts to withdraw to third-party accounts will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger a full account review.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and other promotional offers made available on the iMenang platform are subject to specific terms and conditions, which shall be published alongside each applicable offer. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement prior to withdrawal eligibility. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100% whilst table games and live dealer titles may contribute at reduced rates (typically 10–20%). Full game contribution schedules are available from the iMenang support team.

7.3 Bonus Abuse & Misuse

iMenang actively monitors for bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: exploiting promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with good-faith recreational play; the use of low-risk or hedging betting strategies with the primary purpose of satisfying wagering requirements without assuming genuine risk; and the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion. Where bonus abuse is detected, iMenang reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the relevant account.

7.4 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the specific promotional terms (typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit). Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from the account balance.

7.5 Maximum Bonus Withdrawal

Unless otherwise specified, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings is capped per the applicable promotional terms. Where a maximum cash-out cap applies, any excess winnings beyond the cap will not be transferable to the withdrawable balance.

8.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets and wagers are accepted at iMenang's sole discretion. iMenang reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without prior notice, including where: (a) the bet exceeds applicable stake limits; (b) the relevant market has been suspended; (c) the bet involves an error in odds or pricing; or (d) the bet is suspected to be related to any form of manipulation, fraud, or prohibited activity.

8.2 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to individual games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market interface and are subject to change. For VIP members, customised stake limits may be available at iMenang's discretion.

8.3 Result Disputes

All game outcomes and sports results are determined by the relevant certified systems, live dealer studios, or official sporting governing bodies. In the event of any technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, iMenang will conduct an investigation and reserves the right to void affected rounds and refund the corresponding stakes. The decision of iMenang in respect of any result dispute shall be final.

8.4 Sports Betting Markets

iMenang offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, and other international and domestic events. Live in-play betting is available on selected markets. Odds are subject to change without notice, and the odds applicable at the time a bet is placed shall be the binding odds for that bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the iMenang platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of the registration, verification, or ongoing account maintenance process.
• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different identity details.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or other multiplayer environments.
• Exploiting system errors, technical glitches, or mathematical errors in pricing or game mechanics.
• Conducting or facilitating any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the platform.
• Allowing any other individual to access or use your account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith following a legitimate loss.
• Engaging in any conduct intended to manipulate, disrupt, or compromise the integrity of any game, sporting event, or platform function.

iMenang is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe and sustainable entertainment environment for all Members. iMenang strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all platform users.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members and can be activated through the account settings section at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into your account.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds for defined periods to prevent excessive losses.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period (1 to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and restrict re-registration for a defined period.

All intellectual property rights in the iMenang platform, including but not limited to the iMenang brand name, logo, website design, software, game content, promotional materials, and all associated text, graphics, and audiovisual elements, are the exclusive property of iMenang or its licensed content providers.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit any reproduction, modification, distribution, publication, sub-licensing, or commercial exploitation of any platform content without the express prior written consent of iMenang.

Any unauthorised use of iMenang's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence under applicable intellectual property legislation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iMenang and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from or in connection with your use of the iMenang platform, including but not limited to:

• Any financial losses resulting from wagering activity on the platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or any other cause.
• Any loss of data, account information, or wagering records resulting from technical failures beyond iMenang's reasonable control.
• Any delay in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any decisions made by sporting governing bodies, officiating bodies, or live dealer studios that affect the outcome of any bet or wager.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude iMenang's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

13.1 Termination by Member

Any Member may close their iMenang account at any time by contacting the customer support team via Live Chat or email. Prior to closure, any withdrawable balance in the account will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedures set out in Section 6, subject to applicable KYC and wagering requirement conditions.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by iMenang

iMenang reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or criminal activity; (c) failure to satisfy KYC requirements; (d) at the request of applicable regulatory or law enforcement authorities; (e) where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to iMenang's responsible gambling obligations; or (f) for any other legitimate business reason.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, iMenang reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money and bonus balances, where such forfeiture is consistent with the nature of the breach. Where an account is terminated for legitimate business reasons unrelated to Member misconduct, the withdrawable balance shall be returned to the Member in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which iMenang is licensed and incorporated. Any disputes arising from your use of the iMenang platform shall, in the first instance, be referred to iMenang's customer support team for resolution through our internal complaints procedure.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure within a reasonable timeframe, either party may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body as directed by iMenang's licensing authority. Members located in Malaysia acknowledge that the use of online gambling services may be subject to applicable Malaysian laws and regulations and are solely responsible for ensuring their compliance therewith.

iMenang reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, iMenang will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Members via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised each time these Terms are amended. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the iMenang platform following the posting of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
